Managing Subscription

Overview

RndrKit subscriptions are managed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. From the billing page in the dashboard, you can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard sidebar.
  2. You will see your current plan, usage, and billing details.

Viewing Your Current Plan

The billing page shows:

  • Current plan -- Which tier you are on (Starter, Pro, Agency, or Agency+)
  • Billing period -- Start and end dates of your current period
  • Renders used -- How many renders you have consumed this period
  • Next payment -- Amount and date of your next charge

Updating Payment Method

To update your credit card or payment method:

  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. You will be redirected to the LemonSqueezy customer portal.
  4. Click Update Payment Method.
  5. Enter your new card details.
  6. Click Save.

LemonSqueezy supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal in supported regions.

Viewing Invoices

To view and download past invoices:

  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the LemonSqueezy portal.
  3. Navigate to Billing History or Invoices.
  4. Click on any invoice to view or download a PDF.

Invoices include:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan name and billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
  • Tax details (if applicable)

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your RndrKit subscription:

  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the LemonSqueezy portal, click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Select a reason for canceling (optional).
  5. Confirm the cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period. You are not charged again, but your service remains active until the period ends.
  • Pre-rendering stops at the end of the billing period. Bot traffic will be proxied to your origin without rendering.
  • Cached pages are cleared. The Redis cache for your domains is purged.
  • Your account and data are retained. You can reactivate your subscription later without losing your domain configurations and analytics history.
  • DNS still points to RndrKit. Remember to update your DNS records if you want traffic to go directly to your origin after cancellation.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a temporary break:

  1. Go to Billing > Manage Subscription.
  2. In the LemonSqueezy portal, look for the Pause option.
  3. Choose how long to pause (1, 2, or 3 months).
  4. Confirm.

During a pause:

  • You are not charged.
  • Pre-rendering is disabled.
  • Your configuration is preserved.
  • You can resume at any time.

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you previously canceled and want to resume:

  1. Log in to the RndrKit dashboard.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. Click Reactivate Subscription.
  4. Choose your plan.
  5. Complete the payment.

Your domain configurations and settings will still be available if your account data was retained.

Billing FAQ

When am I charged?

You are charged on the same date each month, based on when you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on January 15, you are charged on the 15th of each month.

Are there refunds?

LemonSqueezy handles refund requests. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

Can I change my billing email?

Update your email address in your account settings. Invoices will be sent to the updated address.

Is there a yearly billing option?

Annual billing may be available at a discount. Check the billing page or contact support for current options.
